NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in a certain Deed of Trust executed by DONALD W. HAMMOND to THURMAN E. BURNETTE, Trustee, dated July 28, 1992 and recorded in Book 1376, Page 396, NASH County Registry, and re-recorded in Book 1378, Page 636, and in Book 1398, Page 167, and in Book 1408, Page 878, Nash County Registry, North Carolina; default having been made in the payment of the Note thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the undersigned, Richard R.
